Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the hotel and housekeeping department.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet the cleanliness standards of Commando Industrial Security Force.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to provide exceptional service.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns effectively.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards in line with Commando Industrial Security Force's policies.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure quality.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to housekeeping operations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management or similar roles with a focus on standards set by Commando Industrial Security Force.
