Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Cleaning & Upkeep
  • Clean and service guest rooms as per brand standards
  • Change bed linen, replenish amenities, and ensure room readiness
  • Ensure bathrooms, fixtures, and fittings are clean and functional
  • Public Area Maintenance
  • Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, and public areas
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste and upkeep of surroundings
  • Guest Service
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related queries
  • Ensure courteous and professional interaction with guests
  • Report any guest complaints to the supervisor
  • Coordination
  • Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status updates
  • Inform Engineering team about maintenance issues
  • Ensure timely room availability for arrivals
  • Inventory Handling
  • Maintain stock of cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities
  • Handle hotel property with care and report any damages
  • Safety & Hygiene
  • Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of housekeeping operations
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in shifts and physically active role

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass
  • Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping preferred
