Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) located in Abu Road. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, handling laundry services, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Housekeeping GSA will also provide exceptional customer service, address guest inquiries, and uphold hygiene and safety protocols. Training and implementing efficient housekeeping practices are essential responsibilities of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in housekeeping tasks such as room cleaning, organizing spaces, and maintaining cleanliness to high standards
- Knowledge and experience in laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, and ironing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to address guest needs and provide outstanding experiences
- Ability to train and support team members in maintaining housekeeping standards
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
