Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Housekeeping Floor Attendant to join our team on-site at our Nagpur location. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. Duties include cleaning, replenishing supplies, managing laundry needs, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. The incumbent will also be required to address guest queries professionally, assist with customer requests promptly, and work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to contribute to a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laundry operations and experience managing linen and cleaning supplies.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact courteously and professionally with guests and team members.
- Strong Organization Skills to ensure cleanliness standards and task efficiency.
- Experience in Training or coaching team members is an advantage.
- Physical stamina for manual tasks and the ability to work on alternating shifts.
- Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
