Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Floor Attendant based in Nagpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring guest satisfaction through attention to detail and adherence to hotel standards. Daily tasks include cleaning and sanitizing rooms, replenishing supplies, restocking linens, and assisting guests with their needs. The role also involves reporting any maintenance issues and collaborating with the housekeeping team for smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Laundry services, including handling and maintaining linens and guest clothing
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and provide a pleasant experience
- Organization Skills to manage cleaning tasks efficiently and maintain room inventory
- Experience in Training or willingness to learn housekeeping standards and procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
