Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Housekeeping/F&B Service Associate. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of guest rooms, public areas, and dining spaces, providing laundry services, and ensuring guests receive excellent customer service in both housekeeping and food and beverage areas. The individual will collaborate with team members, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and may assist in training new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry operations to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to attend to guests’ needs effectively and with professionalism.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to uphold service standards is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality, particularly in a similar role, is an advantage.
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations and maintain high hygienic standards.
