Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Executive at our Ahmedabad location. The Housekeeping Executive will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene across facilities, managing laundry operations, supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory of supplies, and training team members on best practices. The role also involves addressing customer service needs promptly and ensuring that all standards of service are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in Laundry management and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client and team needs effectively.
- Excellent Organization skills to manage supplies and housekeeping schedules efficiently.
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to housekeeping staff to maintain service quality.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality or facility management is an advantage.
