Job Summary
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. The role ensures that guests experience a comfortable and pleasant stay by delivering high standards of cleanliness and service.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Clean and service assigned guest rooms as per hotel standards
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels & toiletries
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing rooms and bathrooms
Replenish room supplies such as water bottles, tea/coffee kits, and amenities
Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report to the supervisor
Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobby, and public areas
Follow proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
Handle guest requests politely and efficiently
Maintain confidentiality and security of guest rooms
🔹 Required Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures
Attention to detail
Physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours
Time management skills
Positive attitude and teamwork
Good communication skills (basic English preferred.
🔹 Qualification & Experience
Minimum 10th/12th pass
Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory)
0–2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping (freshers can apply)
🔹 Working Conditions
Rotational shifts
Weekends and holidays as per hotel schedule
