Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Attendant based in Rahta. The primary responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms. Duties also involve completing laundry tasks, organizing supplies, restocking amenities, and ensuring all areas meet the highest cleanliness standards. Additionally, the Housekeeping Attendant will communicate effectively with team members and guests to deliver excellent service and assist with special requests or accommodations if needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laundry and thorough understanding of cleaning practices and procedures
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage cleaning tasks and maintain supplies and inventory efficiently
- Willingness to participate in ongoing Training to continuously improve techniques and uphold industry standards
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude in maintaining high-quality cleanliness
- Prior experience in housekeeping or the hospitality industry is an advantage
