Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Housekeeping Attendant. The primary responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas, managing laundry tasks, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation. The Housekeeping Attendant will provide excellent customer service, respond promptly to guest requests, and assist in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in laundry management and general cleaning techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Exceptional organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Willingness to participate in training programs to enhance skills and performance
- Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality industry experience is an advantage
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene standards
