🔸 Position Summary:
A Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest service in all assigned guest rooms and public areas. The role ensures a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests staying at the resort.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare guest rooms as per resort standards (beds, linens, bathrooms, amenities, dusting, vacuuming, mopping).
Replace towels, linens, and restock bathroom and room amenities.
Ensure proper upkeep of all equipment and cleaning supplies.
Follow daily room assignment sheets and complete tasks within required timelines.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while dealing with guests.
Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Ensure lost & found items are reported and documented as per policies.
Maintain cleanliness in public areas if assigned.
Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols at all times.
🔹 Skills & Requirements:
Prior housekeeping experience preferred (not mandatory).
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
Ability to work efficiently, manage time, and handle physical tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
