Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate at our property in Vijayapura. The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities. Key responsibilities include handling linen and laundry services, restocking supplies, executing cleaning schedules, ensuring high hygiene standards, and accommodating guests’ requests promptly to provide an exceptional experience. The role also involves taking care of cleanliness-related training sessions and operating cleaning equipment effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Laundry and general housekeeping tasks
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage time and tasks efficiently
- Experience in staff Training to maintain high standards in housekeeping operations
- Flexibility to work in shifts and a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards is preferred
