Role Description The Housekeeping Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Nashik Area at Sula’s vineyard properties and hospitality venues. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces, following established housekeeping standards and procedures. Daily tasks include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, replenishing supplies, and handling laundry such as washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens. The Housekeeping Associate supports a welcoming environment by responding to guest requests, ensuring rooms are properly prepared, and reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns. The role also involves collaborating with team members, following health and safety guidelines, and participating in training to uphold quality service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong housekeeping and Laundry skills, including handling linens, uniforms, and guest items with care.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities to respond to guest requests promptly and ensure a positive stay experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage cleaning tasks, maintain inventories, and follow schedules efficiently.
- Candidates should possess willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning to follow safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods, and to lift moderate weights as required.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
- Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene practices in hospitality environments.
