Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate at Ramee Group of Hotels, located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and order across guest rooms and public areas, attending to laundry, ensuring guest satisfaction through high standards of hygiene, and assisting in training new staff. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and addressing guest requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Laundry and Organization, with attention to detail and efficiency
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience or ability to assist in Training other staff members is a plus
- Ability to handle tasks independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations is an advantage
