Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Housekeeping Associate. Responsibilities include ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services. The role also involves organizing housekeeping tasks, responding to guest requests efficiently, and adhering to the highest standards of health and safety. The Housekeeping Associate will collaborate with the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in Laundry services and basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Customer Service skills with a guest-oriented approach
- Excellent Organization skills for managing daily housekeeping tasks and maintaining schedules
- Willingness to undergo Training and adapt to new cleaning methods and standards
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Previous experience in housekeeping roles within hospitality is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
