Role Description

We are seeking a Housekeeping Associate for a full-time, on-site role at our Hyderabad property. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to Marriott’s quality and safety standards. Daily duties include making beds, replenishing amenities, vacuuming, dusting, and responding promptly to guest requests. The role also involves reporting maintenance issues and ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cleaning techniques and handling housekeeping tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and quality standards
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate with colleagues and guests
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background preferred
