Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Housekeeping Associate at Eco Hotels in Varanasi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards in guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces. The role includes tasks such as performing laundry duties, replenishing supplies, ensuring hygienic sanitization, and assisting guests with housekeeping-related inquiries. You will also support staff training and uphold organizational standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in laundry and related cleaning protocols
• Good communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently
• Experience in training and guiding team members in housekeeping tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
