Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate, located in Haridwar. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms and public spaces, handling laundry duties, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a high standard of hygiene across the premises. Additional responsibilities include assisting guests with their needs, coordinating with other team members, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laundry and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage tasks efficiently and maintain order
- Ability to train and guide team members to maintain quality standards
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage
