Key Responsibilities
- Receive work assignments and keys, then proceed to the assigned area.
- Follow a systematic cleaning process for guestrooms, including early guest requests, occupied rooms with makeup signs, check guestrooms before arrivals, and more.
- Maintain the cleanliness and security of the floor linen room closet.
- Complete special daily work assignments and projects assigned by your superior.
- Assist with maintaining the housekeeping equipment and tools in excellent condition.
- Ensure guest needs are met promptly, including turn down service, replenishing mini-bar items, and delivering requested services.
- Monitor corridor and public area cleanliness to uphold our high standards.
- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional turn-down service and make arrangements for rollaway beds/baby cribs.
- Maintain awareness of guest needs and housekeeping services provided.
Qualifications
- Graduation in Hospitality Management or other relevant degree.
