Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Attendant located in Noida. The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring high standards of hygiene. Additional responsibilities include laundry duties, reporting repairs or damages, and assisting guests with any housekeeping-related inquiries to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in laundry services and handling cleaning equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to maintain organization and attention to detail in housekeeping tasks
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to the company’s standards and practices
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude towards work
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene practices
