Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeper at our Lucknow location. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across designated spaces. Core responsibilities include ensuring all areas are clean and presentable, handling laundry tasks, and adhering to organizational procedures. The role also involves maintaining open communication with the team and providing excellent customer service when needed. Training on workplace standards and processes will be provided as part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in organization skills and attention to detail for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
- Experience with laundry tasks, including washing, folding, and proper handling of garments and linens.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact respectfully and professionally when required.
- Willingness to participate in training to adhere to workplace cleanliness and service standards.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies is preferred but not mandatory.
