Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role located in Amritsar I. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across guest rooms and common areas. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning bathrooms, making beds, replenishing supplies, and addressing any housekeeping requests promptly. You will play an essential role in ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests while adhering to Five Star Hotel's high standards of hygiene and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in housekeeping tasks like Laundry and room maintenance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion
- Ability to undergo training and learn new protocols as required
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform housekeeping tasks in an on-site environment
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory
