Job Purpose

The Learning and Systems Content Manager is responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS), Udemy platform, and e-learning content creation to enhance digital learning experiences. This role ensures seamless learning operations, accurate reporting, and effective content management to support employee development.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

LMS Management

  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Manage course uploads, user access, content organization, and system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT or vendors as needed.
  • Ensure the LMS is effectively utilized to enhance employee learning and development.

Udemy Platform Management

  • Oversee the management and optimization of Udemy Business for employee learning.
  • Manage course assignments, enrollment tracking, and reporting.
  • Analyze learning trends and user engagement to maximize platform usage.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Udemy-related queries and support.

E-Learning Content Creation

  • Apply instructional design principles to design and develop engaging e-learning content, including interactive modules, videos, and assessments.
  • Utilize learner-centered design strategies to ensure content aligns with organizational learning objectives and best practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and create customized digital learning solutions.
  • Implement instructional methodologies, such as microlearning, scenario-based learning, and gamification, to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing content using learner feedback, analytics, and assessment data to improve effectiveness.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and analyze learning engagement metrics, course completion rates, and overall learning effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights on learning trends.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve learning initiatives.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Learning & Development teams, HR, and business leaders to align learning systems with organizational needs.
  • Provide training and support to employees on LMS, Udemy, and e-learning tools.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in learning technologies and recommend system enhancements.

| Learning Systems Optimization – Ensure the efficient implementation, integration, and performance of Learning Management Systems (LMS) (Weightage 15%).

| LMS and Talent Systems Integration – Seamlessly align LMS with HR and talent development systems for a smooth user experience (Weightage 10%).

| E-learning Content Development – Create and manage high-quality learning content aligned with business objectives (Weightage 15%).

| Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with HR, IT, and department heads to align learning strategies with organizational goals (Weightage 5%).

| Learning Analytics & Reporting – Track, analyze, and optimize LMS usage and learning impact through data-driven insights (Weightage 10%).

Education requirementsA bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Instructional Design. Certifications in Certified Learning & Development Manager (CLDM) & Certified Digital Learning Professional (CDLP) is recommended.

Language requirements: English – Fluent (required)

Background And Experience

  • 7 - 12 years of experience in talent management, Digital learning and content management
  • Strong experience in LMS implementation, integration, and administration.
  • Experience with Udemy Business or similar learning content platforms.
  • Expertise in e-learning content development, including interactive learning modules.
  • Experience in data-driven learning analytics to measure effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across HR, IT, and business functions.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards such as SCORM, xAPI, and GDPR for learning systems.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, or other reporting tools.
