About the Role:
We are looking for a House Manager with a background in facility management / hotel management to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the Head of Household’s residence. The role requires a highly organised individual who can ensure the home is maintained at the highest standards, manage cleanliness, stock, and household requirements, and deliver services with the finesse of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure the residence is always maintained in a clean, hygienic, and organized condition.
· Oversee daily housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, changing bed sheets, and organizing wardrobes.
· Maintain inventory and stock of household essentials (groceries, vegetables, toiletries, fresheners, etc.).
· Track consumption and replenish items proactively to ensure uninterrupted availability.
· Arrange, organize, and maintain all areas of the home as per the Head of Household’s preferences.
· Coordinate with housekeeping staff (if any) and ensure their work meets required standards.
· Assist in hosting and managing household requirements during personal or guest events.
· Prepare checklists and filing of stock/inventory records regularly.
· Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the household with attention to detail.
· Report directly to the Head of Household and update regularly about household needs and tasks.
Key Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management / hotel management / housekeeping / guest relations operations.
· Strong organisational and housekeeping skills.
· Knowledge of inventory management and hospitality standards.
· Professional, discreet, and trustworthy personality.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
· Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil preferred.
Preferred Qualities:
· Experience working in facility management / hotel management or premium guest service environments.
· High attention to detail, service-minded, and ability to anticipate needs.
· Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in solving household issues.
