We're Hiring: House Manager — UHNW Private Estate
Are you a five-star hospitality leader ready to bring your standards into one extraordinary home?
We're retained by a private Principal to find an exceptional House Manager to take complete, end-to-end ownership of an ultra-luxury private residence — run with the precision, polish and discretion of a boutique luxury hotel of one.
This role sits at the overlap of every department: guest experience, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, security liaison, staff leadership and vendor management. You are the single point of accountability who makes the home run flawlessly and invisibly.
Seasoned hospitality leaders from backgrounds such as:
• Butler Manager / Head Butler
• Club / Executive Lounge Manager
• Operations / Rooms Division Manager
• Or similar luxury leadership roles (Guest Relations, Duty Manager, Villa/Estate Manager)
What you'll own
• End-to-end running of the residence across all departments
• Recruiting, training, rostering and leading the household team
• Flawless hosting — from family meals to high-profile private events
• Budgets, procurement, inventories, vendors and maintenance
• Absolute confidentiality and protection of the family's privacy
The ideal candidate
• 15+ years in luxury hospitality with multi-department leadership
• Aged mid-30s to 45 — energetic, hands-on, and a natural peer to a similarly-aged Principal
• A genuine “player-coach” — leads the team and serves personally when it matters
• Impeccable grooming, etiquette and command of luxury service protocol
• Discreet, trustworthy, calm under pressure, and happy to wear multiple hats
• Flexible on hours and travel; residential where required
