We are seeking a dedicated House Manager & Supervisor Available – Mumbai
Experienced House Manager & Supervisor with 10+ years of experience in managing residential houses and guesthouses available for full-time work in Mumbai.
Key Skills:
• Complete house & guesthouse management
• Home staff supervision, management & hiring
• Managing children’s daily activities
• Housekeeping & maintenance coordination
• Staff training and schedule management
• Basic cooking and meal planning
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Hardworking, trustworthy, disciplined, and capable of handling all household operations independently.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage household staff and workflow coordination
- Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear instructions and coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Training and guiding staff to maintain standards and ensure high-quality work
- Understanding of Customer Satisfaction principles to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Basic Cooking skills for meal preparation and planning
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to address unexpected challenges efficiently and professionally
- Prior experience in household management or a related field is a plus
