</div><div>As a House Doctors independent contractor / 1099, you’ll complete residential repair and maintenance jobs for our clients. We provide the leads, handle billing and customer service, and you focus on delivering quality work.<br><br>

<strong>Ability to use ServiceTitan/Housecall Pro</strong> on your phone/tablet</li>
<li>
<strong>Valid general liability insurance</strong> in your name</li>
<li>
<strong>Applicable trade licenses</strong> (where required by law)</li>
<li>
<strong>Willingness to complete a background check</strong> (if not already done)</li>
<li><strong>Signed subcontractor agreement and W-9 for 1099 setup</strong></li>
<li>
<strong>Set your own hourly rate</strong> (we pay you directly for jobs completed)<br><br>

</ul><div>Preferred Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>2+ years’ experience in handyman/home repair or related trades</li>
<li>Skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, installs, etc.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy and organized</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and reliability</li>
<li>Customer rapport and upselling (bonus opportunity)</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean record</li>
<li>Will to take background check<br><br>
