About the role

This is a ground floor opportunity to be the first Sales Development Representative (SDR) at hotglue and help shape our go-to-market strategy. You'll be joining a fast-paced startup environment where your role will evolve as we grow. You'll have the autonomy to experiment with different approaches and directly impact our sales pipeline development. What You'll Be Doing Drive pipeline generation through strategic outbound prospecting to technical decision-makers, including CTOs, engineering leaders, and technical architects Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social selling techniques to engage potential customers Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls Partner closely with our co-founder David Molot to ensure smooth handoffs and pipeline progression Help refine our ideal customer profile and contribute to building our sales playbook Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to improve our messaging and product offerings The Ideal Candidate Interest in gaining SDR/BDR experience in technical B2B software sales, preferably in data integration, ETL, or developer tools Has seen or used HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and outreach campaigns Comfortable prospecting to technical decision-makers (CTOs, VP Engineering, Technical Architects) Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and modern software development concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive base salary + commission structure Comprehensive medical and dental Home office setup - Latest Apple equipment and necessary tools for productivity
