About the role

As Program Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the client experience for your account(s). Your primary responsibility will be to address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. In addition, you will work closely and cross functionality with internal teams to ensure consistent alignment on account specific requirements and needs. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with each account • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed • Have an understanding of the product and the general enhancements being made across the enterprise • Document changes and update processes for future reference • Determine and implement technical project management best practices to ensure efficient and effective delivery • Identify ways to streamline processes, simplify and accelerate execution, manage objectives and key results, release on time, and bring tooling efficiencies • Own and continuously improve the efficiency and consistency of technical delivery • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other business partners to develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence Requirements: • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level • Solid experience with project management tools (such as Trello, Smartsheet or Monday.com) and product management tools (such as JIRA or Confluence) • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs • Familiarity with the product delivery process including agile methodologies • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities • Strong verbal and written communication skills • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Information Technology or relevant field • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders • 4 to 6 years of experience working in similar roles within the technology industry, preferably with cloud-based environments • Relevant certifications, such as PMP • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
