Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Specialist at China Beijing Restaurant's New Delhi location. The Hotel Specialist will handle day-to-day operations such as managing reservations, ensuring exceptional customer service, performing receptionist duties, and coordinating food and beverage services. The role requires maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, handling inquiries, and collaborating with the team to create a seamless dining and lodging experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and address their needs
- Experience in Reservations and Managing Receptionist Duties with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software for reservation management is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
