Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hotel Sales Manager based in Chandigarh/ Punjab . The role involves building and managing relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and developing and executing marketing strategies. The Hotel Sales Manager is also responsible for conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. While the role requires on-site presence, remote work will be accommodated as necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
- Marketing experience, with the ability to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility
- Proficient in planning, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
