Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager based at Oleander Farms in Karjat. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue by engaging with potential clients, managing sales operations, and promoting the hotel’s services to develop business opportunities. Key responsibilities include identifying target markets, maintaining relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies, creating and executing sales strategies, and coordinating events and group bookings. The role also entails collaborating with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and maximizing room and facility occupancy.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, manage relationships, and serve as the face of the hotel.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities effectively.
- Knowledge of Marketing practices, including developing promotional strategies to drive business growth and enhance revenue.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to lead a team and coordinate large events or group bookings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving sales targets.
