Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Hotel Sales Manager based in Chandigarh. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and nurturing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including identifying potential clients, setting sales goals, and achieving targets.
- Experience in Marketing, with knowledge of implementing promotional campaigns to drive demand.
- Effective problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills to address client needs and close deals successfully.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel sales or the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a results-driven environment.
