Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Reservation & Operations Manager based in Vythiri. The role involves managing daily operational activities, overseeing reservation systems, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating guest services, maintaining efficient communication channels, training staff, and ensuring smooth execution of processes. The ideal candidate will strive to provide seamless guest experiences and uphold operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations Management with the ability to oversee and optimize hotel workflows
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver memorable guest experiences
- Excellent Communication skills, including interpersonal and written communication
- Proven ability in team management, including Training staff for operational efficiency
- Problem-solving and leadership capabilities to handle on-site operational challenges
- Proficiency in using reservation management systems and other relevant hospitality tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Prior experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
