Hiring: Reservation Executive | 5-Star Hotel | Delhi
We are looking for a highly professional and customer-focused Reservation Executive to join a reputed 5-star hotel in Delhi. If you have a strong background in luxury hospitality and a passion for guest experience, this opportunity is for you.
Location: Delhi
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in 5-star hotels (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹29,000 – ₹35,000 (In-hand, Fixed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all room reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries efficiently
- Handle calls, emails, and online booking platforms professionally
- Coordinate closely with Front Office and Sales teams to maximize occupancy
- Upsell hotel rooms, packages, and additional services to enhance revenue
- Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance in PMS (Opera preferred)
Candidate Requirements:
- Mandatory: Prior experience in a 5-star hotel as a Reservation Executive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sales and upselling ability
- Hands-on experience with Opera PMS preferred
