The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling reservations, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining professional communication with guests. Additional duties include answering phone calls, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent guest service
- Proficiency in performing receptionist duties, including managing front-desk operations and reservations
- Effective phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management are advantageous
