Role Description
The Hotel Partnership Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for building and managing strong relationships with hotel partners across key markets. The core mission of this role is to get hotels to onboard Butler Button as their guest concierge — enabling each property to offer Butler Button’s AI-powered travel and concierge support to its own guests. This involves identifying and prospecting target hotels, pitching Butler Button as a guest-facing concierge solution, negotiating commercial terms, and guiding hotels through onboarding so the service goes live for their guests. The Hotel Partnership Executive will coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, and customer experience) to ensure smooth implementation and a guest experience that meets each hotel’s standards. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach, conducting partner presentations and demos, managing partner onboarding, maintaining regular communication with existing partners, and analyzing performance data to optimize adoption, guest engagement, and revenue. The role also includes monitoring market trends, gathering partner feedback, and contributing insights to improve Butler Button’s concierge experience.
