Role Description
The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring excellent service quality and efficient collaboration between teams. Responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating with vendors, maintaining customer satisfaction, and implementing operational policies. Additional tasks may involve training staff, monitoring performance, and resolving operational issues. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and the ability to oversee daily hotel activities efficiently.
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Experience in staff Training and development to uphold service quality and operational standards.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to respond to operational challenges effectively.
- Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality or Management degree and prior experience in hotel operations or related fields are advantageous.
