Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Manager located in New Delhi. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, including staff management, customer service, budgeting, and ensuring smooth front-desk and reception operations. The role involves maintaining high hospitality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising food and beverage services, as well as boosting sales and optimizing budget performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills to ensure a welcoming and professional guest experience
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Sales to effectively manage costs, maximize profitability, and support revenue generation
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to oversee quality control and ensure efficient service delivery
• Leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide staff effectively
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in a similar management position within the hospitality industry is highly desirable
