Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Manager based in Goa. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service, and implement effective budget management strategies. Key responsibilities include staff management, monitoring food and beverage operations, coordinating with sales teams to achieve business goals, and managing front desk tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience. The Hotel Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of service that VE HOSPITALITY PVT. LTD. champions.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless front desk management.
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to optimize operational efficiency and achieve financial goals.
Experience in Sales and marketing to drive revenue growth and business success.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to maintain high service standards and deliver outstanding dining experiences.
Proven leadership and team management skills to guide and develop staff effectively.
Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with the hospitality industry in India is a plus.
Experience : 1 to 2 years
3 Lakhs per Annum
