Primary Job Title: Hotel General Manager Location - Yelahanka ( North Bangalore) About the Opportunity Hospitality ? Upscale & full-service hotel operations in India. We operate in the hospitality sector delivering guest-first stays across rooms, food & beverage, events, and on-site services. This on-site leadership role drives commercial performance, operational excellence and guest satisfaction across all hotel departments for our upcoming hotel in Yelahanka Role & Responsibilities Lead day-to-day hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering and Events to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences. Own hotel financial performance: prepare budgets, manage P&L, control operating costs and implement revenue-enhancing strategies for rooms and F&B. Execute revenue management and commercial initiatives?coordinate with sales, revenue and distribution channels to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR. Establish and enforce SOPs, quality standards and health & safety programs (including HACCP), ensuring regulatory compliance and operational consistency. Recruit, develop and mentor departmental leaders; implement staffing plans, performance management and training to meet service KPIs and retention goals. Drive guest recovery and loyalty: monitor guest feedback channels, lead escalation handling, and implement continuous improvement to raise NPS and satisfaction scores. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Team Handling Hotelogix Revenue management P&L management HACCP Candidate Profile (operational qualifications) Proven track record leading multi-department, full-service hotel operations with direct P&L accountability and measurable improvements in guest satisfaction and commercial metrics. Strong commercial and operational mindset with hands-on experience in on-site execution, team leadership and crisis management. Willingness to work on-site in India and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
