Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hotel Manager role based in Indore. The Hotel Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules and performance, supervising check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining service standards in all departments. The role involves monitoring occupancy levels, coordinating with sales and marketing for room and event bookings, and supporting banquet and event operations. The Hotel Manager will also handle budgeting and cost control, ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards, respond to guest feedback and escalations, and collaborate with leadership to implement operational improvements and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Service skills and experience overseeing Receptionist Duties.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and basic financial management, including monitoring costs and optimizing revenue.
- Experience in Sales, particularly in promoting room bookings, corporate stays, and banquet or event packages.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including coordination with kitchen and service teams for restaurant and event service.
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS), reservation platforms, and basic MS Office tools.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational requirements.
