These centers offer end-to-end services, including warehousing, seller onboarding, merchant fulfillment, cataloging, seller account management, and account reinstatement. The goal is to streamline operations for sellers and provide comprehensive support to ensure seamless business operations.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Hotel Manager to oversee operations at our Hyderabad location. The Hotel Manager will manage daily activities, including customer service, budgeting, sales, food and beverage services, and front desk operations. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth coordination across all departments, maintaining high service standards, managing staff, and meeting financial objectives to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Proficiency in Budgeting to manage hotel expenses and optimize financial performance
- Experience in Sales and business development to increase revenue and identify business opportunities
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage services to maintain high quality and operational efficiency in catering areas
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in hotel or service center management is a significant advantage
