Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager located in Nagpur. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, overseeing the food and beverage offerings, budgeting and financial planning, and driving sales initiatives. The role also involves coordinating front office activities and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service and a strong commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to manage hotel operations effectively
  • Proven Sales skills with experience in driving revenue and meeting targets
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage management, including quality and compliance standards
  • Ability to oversee Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and handling guest interactions
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
