ILIF Hotels is hiring a reservation & operations intern to support our multi-property booking system.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage incoming calls to ensure prompt guest communication
- Respond to booking queries via phone and email to assist potential guests
- Maintain reservation records to keep booking data organized and updated
- Coordinate with on-ground teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Achieve targets by ensuring timely responses and zero missed calls
