Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Assist in handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Learn how to manage guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure guests have a seamless and memorable experience during their stay
- Understand the importance of cleanliness and hygiene standards in hotels
- Work with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms and public areas are well-maintained
- Conduct room inspections to ensure they meet ILIF’s quality standards
- Assist in restaurant operations, taking guest orders, and ensuring excellent dining experiences
- Learn about menu planning, restaurant branding, and F&B promotions
- Coordinate with chefs and servers to understand kitchen and service operations
- Support hotel managers in promoting hotel services and special offers
- Learn how to manage online travel agencies (OTAs) and pricing strategies
- Assist in social media and branding initiatives to enhance the hotel’s online presence
- Work closely with property managers, chefs, and housekeeping staff
- Learn how to manage inventory, hotel supplies, and cost control
- Participate in staff training and performance management activities
Requirements
- Fresh graduates in hospitality management, business administration, or related fields
- Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in different departments and gain all-round experience
