Role Description
This is a contract-based Hotel Management Intern role located on-site in Bengaluru. The intern will perform daily tasks including assisting with customer service, handling receptionist duties, managing food and beverage operations, supporting sales activities, and aiding in budgeting processes. The role focuses on providing excellent guest experiences, coordinating with team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day hotel activities.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Service and capable of handling Receptionist Duties effectively.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and managing hospitality services.
- Basic understanding of Budgeting and ability to support financial activities efficiently.
- Skills in Sales and experience in handling customer inquiries and promoting services.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is a plus.
