Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor specializing in Food & Beverage (F&B) Production at CT Group of Institutions in Jalandhar. The responsibilities include delivering high-quality lectures and practical training in the field of F&B Production, designing and updating course curricula, and performing academic research. Additional duties involve mentoring students, organizing workshops, and participating in departmental activities and institutional events to enhance the overall learning experience.
Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related fields.
- Experience: Previous teaching experience, often combined with industry experience in hotel kitchens or professional culinary settings.
- Skills: Strong communication, expertise in culinary techniques, knowledge of food safety, and Proficiency in kitchen machinery operations.
