Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions for Housekeeping and related hospitality subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Provide practical industry-oriented training and mentorship to students.
- Conduct classroom activities, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Evaluate student performance through exams, projects, and practical assessments.
- Support students with internships, placements, and career guidance.
- Participate in curriculum planning and other academic activities.
- Maintain professional standards and discipline in classrooms and practical labs.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed 5-star hotel, preferably in the Housekeeping department.
- Teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, hospitality standards, and guest service practices.
- Ability to connect practical industry experience with academic teaching.
- Professional attitude with strong mentoring skills.
