Role Description
This is a full-time Hotel Management role located on-site in Hyderabad. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, including guest services, front desk management, food and beverage services, and team management. Additional responsibilities include budget planning, ensuring smooth communication between departments, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving sales to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- Experience in Budgeting and efficient resource allocation
- Sales expertise with a focus on achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and management practices
- Proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties, including scheduling, reservations, and client interactions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in hotel operations or related roles is an advantage
